| Happy Chinese New Year!
Had a major outburst of energy on new yr's day. 4-5 hrs of sleep, ran 18 laps, rowing circuit training, biking 18 miles, lectures, studio work...a little crazy, i know, but fun!
| So much work yet there's so little time. How do they expect us to finish essays and projects with a 9 - 5.30 timetable? And considering the fact that I live 3 miles away from my department doesn't improve the situation. I got back to college at 7pm today with only 4 hrs of sleep the previous night. I got out of bed at 6.45 as i was paranoid about my presentation today, a little insane, i know. At least there's rowing tomorrow morning at 7 am...followed by 4 lectures straight after, with another optional lecture at 4-6.30, which i'll pass, as i have so much work to do! Why do we need an 8 week term system? Practically all of us were slaving over our projects over the weekends...so much for free time...can;t remember when that last occured to me?
Can't believe i laughed for 2 hrs continuously with my friends at college...t'was painfull, our stomachs were hurting...well, another week of hard work, as expected.
| Hi ppl! I finally got internet connection in my room! How are all of you adapting to university life? I'm having a great time in Cambridge. Lots of reading with a predominantly 9-5.30 timetable, but it's loads of fun, and worth the work. It's hard to believe, but there are only 45 undergraduate architects in cambridge, and they're all so amazing and friendly! I can't believe i'm actually enjoying this so much! there's so much to say yet so little time, so much has happened that it seems a month has already passed by. well, gonna go swim, then bike 3 miles to my next lecture.
hope you're all having a good time too!

| Am finally free from crutches! Can swim in 9 days
emptiness...one by one ppl are leaving the picture to go to uni. i'm already feeling the drift between some friends...just never knew it would occur so soon. It's funny how some of us know exactly where we're going, yet some of us will have our futures determined on thursday...it's fustrating not knowing where you'll go...one grade can project you onto a whole new course...hope for the best!
hope everyone who has left already is having a great time wherever you are!
